Comprehensive life-safety and building-systems renewal, coordinated with provincial ministries and authorities having jurisdiction:

• Fire alarm: full replacement of devices, wiring and network, integrated with elevators and security, plus sprinkler modifications and fire stopping
• Emergency lighting: pictogram exit signs, circuit reconfiguration and compliance with Ontario Building Code illumination standards
• Security: new enterprise-level access control and alarm monitoring integrated with the existing Milestone CCTV platform, new card readers and door hardware, and a Code Blue emergency and duress system across the parking levels
• Building automation: complete overhaul of BAS controls, instrumentation, network controllers and control panels
